Breaking: Stroman Signs

The Toronto Blue Jays and Marcus Stroman, the #22 overall pick in this years draft have agreed to a contract, Stroman says through twitter! Scouts are saying Stroman could be up in the bigs this year, although I assume that isn't going to happen, and 2013 seems more reasonable for the RHP who has a future as a relief pitcher in the MLB.

Terms of the contract have not been released yet, but the Jays only have $2,130,456.92 left to spend on Stroman before they forfeit a pick in next years MLB Rule 4 Draft.

Update
3:00 PM: Keith Law of ESPN has tweeted that the signing bonus for Stroman is $1.8 million, leaving $330,456.92 left for other picks outside of the top 10 rounds. Possible players that this could be spent on are Ryan Kellogg, Cole Irvin, and Brandon Lopez.
