Game Preview: Toronto Blue Jays @ New York Yankees (Doubleheader)

After close to 2 months away from the blogosphere, I am back home where I have internet, and can now write again. It has obviously been a very exciting past couple of weeks with the news of our merger/growth being released, and I'm really looking forward to September 1st. We've got some great content planned, and you guys are really going to like it. While we are preparing to launch in a little more than a week, we are going to start producing the 2nd of the 3 daily articles we plan on having every day at the new site, starting today. Ewan has been doing his minor league roundup for a couple of weeks now, and today I'm going to begin our game previews. We will likely be rotating who does these, but I figured that now that I'm back, I'll start us off. This is also going to act as a commenting thread about the game for any of you who'd like to participate, so please feel free to comment on this article throughout the day/night with your opinions and what not. Roster Notes:

• Blue Jays SS Munenori Kawasaki was reinstated from the paternity list yesterday, while RP Thaddeus Weber was optioned down to AAA Buffalo, and called back up to be the 26th man for the Blue Jays in today's double header
• SS Jose Reyes is only scheduled to start game 1 today, as it's his 1st game back after sitting out a few games with a knee injury. Kawasaki will start game 2.
