Blue Jays Plus Podcast - Episode 22
After a week without a podcast (my apologies), Chris and I are back this week.
In this week's show we discuss how crappy the team is, and how we're heading for a top 5 pick, a bunch of injury updates and roster moves, then spend a good deal of time breaking down the Free Agent pitching market.
Then after that we bring in Drunk Jays Fans Andrew Stoeten to discuss John Farrell's comments about the Jays problems developing players.
This week's music was a bunch of depressing country tinged covers, including (in order); Teddy Thompson's cover of Tonight We'll be Fine by Leonard Cohen, Annie Lennox's cover of Neil Young's Dont Let It Bring You Down, Johnny Cash's cover of Nine Inch Nails' Hurt, and my personal favourite this week of Dolly Parton's Jolene, but slowed to 75% of the original speed. Its haunting and great.
Here's the article we discuss with Mr. Stoeten, its really great like everything you find over at DJF.
